Email support@gethaulyn.com. The same address is the support contact for riders, customers and drivers, for both the HAULYN app and the HAULYN Driver app.
You do not need to sign in or have an app installed to reach us. So that we can find your account, tell us which app you use and the mobile number or email address on the account.
Riders and customers — the HAULYN app
For help with a ride or delivery, a booking, a charge or your account, email support@gethaulyn.com. If your question is about one booking, include its date and the pickup and drop-off addresses.
Common questions are answered on the FAQ, and refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Drivers — the HAULYN Driver app
For help with your application, your account, or a trip or delivery you carried out, email support@gethaulyn.com from the email address on your driver account, or include the mobile number the account uses.

Emergencies and safety
